Home daycare opportunity in north Mckinney, TX. Home daycare allows for a more personalized experience with the children. The parents will receive pictures and updates throughout the day to see how their kiddo is doing! This home daycare is focused more on infants and young toddlers. This home daycare is built to be the second-best thing to having the mom stay home. I have a Master's in Child Life, and I am about halfway through my doctorate in Child Development and Early Education. I am up to date on the most current American Association of Pediatrics, including safe sleeping, age-appropriate activities, and safe ways to encourage appropriate child development. I am CPR, and first aid certified.
I opened this home daycare after my husband and I found out we were expecting our first child. I was fortunate enough to stay home, but before making the decision to stay home we looked into daycare centers and I was continually disappointed. I want to provide other parents and families a sense of comfort when they are away from their children. A secure figure is critical in a child's life, and unfortunately, the turnover rate at daycares often does not provide that. I want to be an affordable option that allows parents to feel comfortable, have the same person caring for their child, as well as not pay an extreme amount.
