We scheduled them to come out last week for an estimate, and they didn't show up. I sent another text this morning, and the owner said they had an emergency, so she had to reschedule. She finally showed up and gave us a quote of $250 for a once-a-month cleaning.

I agreed with the quote and ended up calling back to schedule the first cleaning for the week of July 19th. My wife and I got up today and cleaned the entire house up, moved things off the floor, pre-cleaned things, washed sheets, etc. We have a 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom home, so it took two hours to prepare.

Around 10:45AM, I texted the cleaning service to find out how many girls would come for the cleaning today. We got a call ten minutes later, and the owner said she had another emergency, the girls got in an accident, and nobody could come today. While we hope that really didn't happen, the owner had two prior emergency issues and had to reschedule. We also had a hard time getting a return call or email from them.

We won't be using this cleaning company because of the lack of response from the owner. Not calling or emailing back quickly and not showing up for appointments or sending another team.

Highly recommend! Honest, trustworthy and reliable. Couldn't ask for more.
