Caring Hearts Senior Care

Caring Hearts is an assisted living home located in West San Jose, nearby Campbell, Saratoga, Los Gatos, and Santa Clara. We are a medium sized home to 12 residents, with a staff to resident ratio of 1:3. Our circle of care approach is based on working with 3rd party health care providers to provide a comprehensive care plan for each of our residents. Providers include home health nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapist, lab technicians, podiatry technician, pharmacy delivery, incontinent supply delivery, senior day programs, and hospice service. Through our network of preferred providers, we can offer services that can take various tasks off families so that they can enjoy their visits with their loved one. We provide daily activities and events year-round to encourage social nurturing. With our professional system and regular communication, you will feel confident in knowing that your loved one is being well cared for.
