Private Duty Nurse:
CarePine Home Care Private Duty Nurse will:
Provide Skilled Nursing that is medically necessary
Assist patient and family in the transition of care from acute/inpatient facility to the home
Evaluate, monitor and provide care in an hourly basis
Prevent re-hospitalization

Personal Care Aide:
CarePine Home Care Personal Care Aides assist clients in performing Activities of Daily Living. These include:
Dressing
Bathing
Toileting
Oral Hygiene
Grooming
Ambulation and Transfer
Food Preparation
Laundry
Pet care
Light House Keeping
Companionship
