We provide affordable assisted living services to senior and disabled individuals that allow them to remain as safe and independent as possible, while maintaining their dignity wherever they call home. We provide care coordination of customized supportive living services such as personal care and hygiene assistance, light housekeeping, medication reminders, meal preparation, restorative exercises, errands andsocialization. CARE-GIVING Life enhancing services provided by companions, home care assistants, and certified nurse assistants (CNA's). #2. CHRONIC ILLNESS & SYMPTOM MANAGEMENT These services are designed to reduce frequent trips to the hospital and rehab facilities. The care programs are designed by nurses and other licensed professionals. #3. CARE MANAGEMENT & CARE COORDINATION These services are provided by nurses and other licensed professionals. The goal is to make long distance care-giving easier and more gratifying for the long distance or very busy family caregiver. With us, you will only pay for the care you need.
