About the business
We provide care coordination (also known as care management) for families looking for professional, dependable partners to work with aging loved ones. As care managers, we get to know the client and assist the senior in a manner much like an adult child would. We attend physician appointments and participate in the appointment as much as needed, to make sure the client's concerns are addressed. We make sure the proper follow up occurs after the appointment. We arrange for complementary services such as meals, housekeeping, home repair, pet care, legal issues, real estate, etc. We assist with bill paying and money matters, help with insurance, and manage incoming mail. We are especially helpful for clients who do not have family living near them. And best of all, we communicate regularly with family about what is going on. The end result is greater peace of mind for the family and a more worry-free life for the client!
