Our mission is to provide compassionate home care service that ensures independence and security to seniors. This mission is accomplished through implementation of our care plan, a dedicated management staff, and a group of compassionate caregivers.
Care Dynamics Senior care is pharmacist owned and managed byindividuals with advanced degrees in social work, nursing, business and accounting. Further, their professional backgrounds include experience with social services, advanced nursing, business development, medication therapy management, nutrition, and diabetes care. The many years of experience and education provide a foundation of professionalism, experience, and hard work that creates a dynamic company dedicated to caring for others. We service all of Central Florida including Orange, Seminole, Lake and Polk counties. Care Dynamics Senior Care believes first in training its own employees. Our training covers all areas of the individuals' well being including physical, mental, emotional, and psychological health. Our caregivers understand the importance of providing compassionate service. Each employee is monitored by a case manager who will visit and call on a monthly basis to ensure quality care is administered. All caregivers are employees of Care Dynamics Senior Care. Further, all of our employees have passed criminal background checks and in-house training with a clinical social worker.
