About Care Connection
Our specialty is working with clients with Memory Care. We believe in supporting our clients by assisting them to keep moving (going on walks), being out in the community and getting fresh air. We provide Supportive Home Care Services to our clients so they can stay safe at home. We assist with routine homemaking, assist with ADL's, assist with cleaning, transporting clients to and from doctor visits and grocery shopping, going on walks, and more.
