We offer home care services, such as: assistance with activities of daily living, meal prep, companionship, transportation, post surgical assistance, moving, estate sales, home maintenance, all coordinated with the highest level of hospitality andattention to detail. We offer you a free in home assessment to introduce ourselves and what we offer. Each family should expect the best at a difficult and stressful time. We will guide and support each individual as options are discussed. You are in control of the decision making. Care Chix will answer your questions, do a thorough in home evaluation to determine safety and accessibility of the home. If you are considering independent, assisted or a skilled nursing facility, we have visited them all. We will take you on a guided tour at your convenience, based on your requests. We lend you our extensive knowledge and network to facilitate a possible transition out of the home, or to coordinate additional services within the home. Our real estate experience makes us very comfortable coordinating many services and negotiations with third party providers, or communities you may be interested in moving to. It is our goal to offer each family a full service support system in all aspects of personal and senior care so clients and their families spend more time together, and less time frustrated with all that healthcare has become. We at Care Chix are a knowledgeable group that possess skills from a variety of different settings, such as: certified nursing assistance, nutrition, insurance, medical travel and real estate.
