If I could give this company a zero, that would be generous. The owner promised a "deep clean," for the first cleaning, which amounted to his saying that they cleaned the tops of cabinets and out of the way areas, etc in addition to the rest of my house. It was pricey and non-negotiable! Not only was there no deep cleaning done, but the rest of the house looked like it was barely cleaned. I was in the middle of telling him about my concerns and then HE ASKED ME OUT TO GO DANCING! I immediately asked for my key back and it took him close to 4 weeks to return it! I seriously contemplated having my locks changed and forgetting about getting back my key. The owner is a creep and it was the worst house cleaning job that I have EVER had. Stay away from this company!

I only wanted 2 bathrooms cleaned. A man came with a teenage boy in training and proceeded to clean my bathrooms. Tgey did not do a thourogh job, broke one of my faucets and I had to call s plumber. I was not given the first time offer if 20.00 off but instead paid an unfair amount for terrible work which I had to redo myself. Sinks and showers still had stains and residue snd a whole corner of one tge bathrooms had gunk left. I was very disappointed and will go back to women cleaners who know what tgey are doing and how to clean in detail. I felt very ripped off and deceived by the whole experience and would warn anyone before hiring them

After my friend gave me excellent review about capital cleaning service. I called them on sunday morning around 10 for cleaning a bathroom and a bed room. They came with in an hour and done the job. After the job is finished bathroom and bedroom are like new.
