Hello my name is Candace,
I am currently a stay at home mom. I will be opening a family daycare in my home over the next few months. I have already begun the process to get myself and my home licensed. I have worked in childcare for the past 11 years in different facilities. I have some training in Montessori as a teachers aid. I have worked for 3 different families as a nanny. I also worked in a daycare center for 5 years. I recently left my employment in someone else's family daycare. I have 3 children of my own ages 8,6, and 3. My older 2 go to Christa Mcaullife Eementary here in Germantown. While I'm a waiting for the process for my license to be completed I can legally only watch a few children in my home. I have completed and passed the following: Federal background check, Sids training (sudden infant death syndrome), CPR and first aid training is up to date, 20 hours completed this year on various subjects example food and nutrition, children communication. I have never had a child or parent complain about or have negative feed back on my work. My home is clean smoke and pet free. I am very loving and kind hearted. I am more looking to help families out because I know how hard it can be working and trying to pay for child care. I can help with transportation as far as picking and dropping off. Although it is very important for you to see where and who your child is around. I will offer after and before care for Christa Mccaullife Elementary School. Your child will be treated with love, compassion and most of all respect. I don't have set hours for childcare.
