There will be limited/selected videos and shows which your child(ren) will be allowed to watch in my home. (GASP) Yes, I said it: television and movies. The major use of these will be focused on the theme of the week AND will be limited in the daily amount. I DO NOT agree with using electronics (i.e. television, movies, video games, etc) as a way to "babysit" I feel that when used appropriately and not for prolonged periods of time, electronics can be a tool used to our advantage - teaching.
Each week we will discuss something new with planned topics. I have themed activities (including but not limited to arts & crafts), songs, & limited videos all geared towards the weeks' topic. Something new & exciting each day!
