Camp Dynamic camp sessions are all about kids having a good, old fashioned camp experience complete with camp songs, games, skits, crafts and activities in a simulated camp environment. Our camp is intended to give kids a taste of 'sleep away' camp without the 'sleeping' or the 'going far from home'! Potential campers are generally elementary school age (although some sessions are geared for a bit younger or a bit older) who are looking for a fun experience in an after school program, a Saturday camp session, a week long day camp, a different type of in-school program (traditional school, home school or preschool/childcare), a parents' night out or a birthday party. Camp sessions can have more general camp activities or can have a specific theme. Campers build self esteem, team work, social and motor skills. the focus is on having fun but there is an undercurrent of learning as campers participate in various activities. Depending on the theme and the purpose of the camp, specific learning skills/standards can be covered.
