California Council Of Service Advocates, Inc.

We are a non-profit information and assistance agency, organized under "social welfare" of the Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(4). It is a member supported organization. We have no "formal" employees. We are volunteers, paid by "stipend" for services rendered. Our organization is deeply affected by the economic downturn. Our membership level has consistently declined for the past seven months. Our current working volunteers have varied backgrounds in registered nursing, case manager, in-home health support caregiver, consumer and patient advocacy, social security appeals representative, to home inspection and maintenance.
