Cadieux Premium HCS FL, LLC (pronounced cad-Jew) is a homecare provider located in Polk County. We have over 20 collective years in nursing. We employ a spectrum of professionals like RNs to HHAs. As a provider, we are accepting some skilled care cases, but we primarily seek patients requiring non-medical or non-skilled care. Under our agency licensure HHAs are not permitted per state law to perform skilled care. Under AHCA's policies and procedures, licensed qualified CNAs, EMTs, MedTechs, DSPs, LPNs and RNs are welcomed to provide skilled care services. We are happy to report employing qualified professionals to streamline patient care.

Our agency departments include Administration, Human Resources (HR) and Accounting. Our professionals have been COVID-19 tested and work safely to reduce the spread through preparedness using PPEs, face masks, gloves, proper handwashing, and sanitizing.

Our agency happily provides homecare services throughout several areas in Central Florida. Those services are Daily Companionship, Personal Care, 24/7 Care, Live-In, Respite Relief, Hospital Stays, Facility Support, Sitter Care and Overnight Services.

Our agency's human resources guidelines enable us to ensure reliability and safety in on-boarding qualified candidates. Under AHCA, we require candidates to complete a background clearance, 40 additional hours of homecare training including video review, testing, CPR-BLS certificate, and 1 year of nursing experience.
