B.Well Physio and Wellness Continuum, LLC is a mobile outpatient physical therapy and wellness service. Since we are mobile, we conveniently bring our services to you. This allows for added privacy and eases the burden of having to commute to and from a physical therapy clinic. We are certified in LSVT BIG which is a well researched intervention for Parkinson's disease and certain other neurological dysfunctions. We also offer personalized fitness training, annual mobility assessments, and community programs. The patient or client works with the same doctor of physical therapy from beginning to end. Upon discharge from physical therapy, the patient has the option of continuing with the physical therapy in their personalized fitness program to help them remain safe and strong in their home. We also offer group exercises classes which are not only beneficial for health but also for socialization. These classes are designed and instructed by a physical therapist.
A physician referral is not required for evaluation by a physical therapist.
