Butterfly Childcare takes a natural independence-learning approach to each and every child with each child's individual needs developed at their own pace. Every child is recognized and commended. Starting at 2 years of age, there is a robust academic curriculum that is detailed to age appropriate activities that pull in our natural environment with a monthly theme and a new focus on that theme each week. Nutrient dense, home made food from scratch with very little processed foods are provided.
We focus on learning through play! Our days are based on the theme and woven into our daily routine/activities. Typical hours of operation are 7:30 am to 5pm with some flexibility around those hours. Owner/director received a degree in Early Years Care and Education while living London.
