They are very unreliable and unresponsive. The ladies that came to clean tried to cut corners and argued with me when I pointed it out. The owner doesn't respond when reached out to.

Wish I had read these reviews before getting them. They barely cleaned anything at all. Certain areas were not cleaned at all. Do not recommend!!

Worst Ever! Not reliable!
Didn't show up within the time window and after calling 10 times and 20 text messages, the owner texted with rude responses with zero apologies. I had to call someone last minute and pay a much higher amount.

This is by far the worst cleaning company I have ever encountered. I was charged for a deep cleaning ($300) and felt like so many areas of my home were left untouched. While the team lead (party of 3) was very kind and thorough with cleaning my kitchen, two of the other women that came, were very haphazard in their cleaning. When I went at looked at tubs upstairs and our master shower, there was not even a drop of water that was apparent on any walls/surfaces. When I asked them about this, they said, its because they wipe it dry, yet it was pretty obvious that faucets weren't even opened! Also, a tub had stains in it, floors weren't mopped, windows had cobwebs, they twisted some chandelier strings up, didn't move any coffee tables or light furniture to vacuum, it was horrible and I documented many of the overlooked areas with pictures. When I sent it to the owner, she neither apologized but kept making excuses saying the house was lived in (isn't every house lived in?). I felt like I should have only been charged for a regular cleaning (even that was too generous, I feel, given I spent probably another hour cleaning after they left!) but she insisted on the full amount. Finally, even after seeing the pics and arguing a bit with me, she offered to send them out again within 24 hours. Since we were scheduled to go on vacation in 2 days, it was not a good time to have them home in the midst of packing, errands and such but just knowing that her staff was inept and didn't do the job I paid them to do, makes me believe that this woman runs her business solely for a quick buck and customer satisfaction is something she could care less about. Worst cleaning experience ever!

Extremely careless staff. Not even cleaned my floor and furniture nicely.
