I had very high hopes after meeting Brenda personally and having her team clean my home; however, they missed many things throughout the house (aka, they forgot the entire 'deep cleaning' part and didn't dust cobwebs or ceiling fans, and they forgot a bathroom entirely) so I followed up to express my concern. I was offered and agreed to a partial refund, but three months later, I have still yet to receive the refund. I involved the Better Business Bureau and they requested that Brenda fix the issue, but she has ignored both the BBB's and my communication to her.
