Been a customer of Busy Bee over 2 yrs now. Great service. Very reliable and dependable. They do the little things that I appreciate. Like telling me that a light bulb up in my master bath is burnt, asked if I had a spare bulb and replaced it for me. My clock ran slow and they replaced the battery. John even replaced my bathroom fan once because it was making weird noises (ran to home Depot to get parts). Little things that make me feel like they care about our house as much as their own. This is a family run company. They have children to tend to in the morning. So what if they're 20 minutes late? I personally don't care when they start. They never encroached on our family time. Always done before everyone gets home. Never missed a cleaning day! that's the most important to me. If you're looking for a big cleaning company who has checklist of things to clean, then you're looking in the wrong place. If you're looking for a family run business, whose owners are responsible, personable, and are the ones doing the cleaning, hence gives a thorough attention to your house, call them.

Couldn't ask for more. They are dependable and thorough. The house always smells amazing when they are done. I highly recommend them.

They don't know how to run a business and they never on time to clean house I would not recommend this Poeple they are a joke. Plus the owner talks way to much and if you want a bad and cheap service I recommend them
