I decided I'm taking a very early retirement from teaching, and open a Daycare. I've been a Special Education Teacher for 5 years. However, I'm extremely excited about this new venture. I have an M.A. in Education and B.A. in Urban Schooling. My experience working with children ranges from newborn to 18, and I've taught all age levels including preschool. I'm a mother of two. I have a 17-month old boy and a beautiful 10-year-old girl. My goal is to have only 8 children. I believe a smaller educational setting will allow the children to flourish. I also plan to implement small group learning stations.
