Bubbles In Home Daycare

My name is Sherline Sun and I am the owner of Bubbles In Home Daycare, located in the City of Alexandria VA. I have over 15+ years of experience working with children and I love the happiness and joy these kids bring to my day.

My mission is to deliver quality childcare. I believe that children thrive in an environment which
values their own uniqueness, while providing support and opportunities to grow emotionally,
socially, and creatively. By building on each child's strengths, interests, and curiosities, I guide
each child to explore the world around them as well as develop new abilities and form close
relationships. Bubbles is fully insured and licensed with the State of Virginia. Bubbles has a
collaborative partnership with The Campagna Center where they offer subsidized payments,
USDA food program, CPR/First Aid, MAT certified, ServSafe certified, & CDA certified for 0-36
months. We have a special program for our curriculum; MyTeachingStrategies. Our daily
schedule is well structured and consist of small group centers, circle time, art & music activities
where children can freely learn through play! Also, we provide 2 snack times and lunch! I have
prior experience as a Food Specialist therefore I assure menus are nutritious and well thought
out. Our indoor classroom is very clean and spacious, we follow all CDC guidelines. We do so
many special activities outdoors like going to park and for short walks. Fenced in park is located
literally a sidewalk away! It's just amazing and satisfying seeing children smile and have fun.
