Will not go back. I was a loyal customer to Deb for years but had to switch to another groomer to acommodate my work schedule. Once I was able to make an appointment with her again she became very hostile over the phone and demanding I tell her where I've been taking my dogs. After hearing I had been taking them to pet smart, she claimed dogs are "just ruined" after going there and she doesn't think they will be able to adapt to B&B again. She also refused to accept me as a client after that. She became so destructive over something that should not have even been an issue at all. I can't believe she severed a relationship with a loyal client because of her unwillingness to understand that we all have different schedules and responsibilities. I wanted to make sure potential customers take this under advisement before considering becoming a client with Bubbles and Bows. Tell her to explain her "rules" as she likes to call them.
