Went above and beyond in cleaning my apartment. We recently moved out and needed someone to do a clean out. The service we received was PERFECT. Excellent communication, quick and effective work. I can't wait to have them as my permanent cleaners!

Joss showed up and she was having a hard time gaining access to my gated community. I told her I was coming to let her in personally however, she left and blocked my number. I am not sure why. She was already coming later than we agreed. If you see this Joss, I am very disappointed in how you handled yourself and business. Its not a big deal if you tell me you change your mind. Please do better.

Joss and Claudia have done an exceptional job on our house so far. They go above and beyond what I ask of them and provide some amazing organization. I think I find a new area of my house has been organized after they leave, every time. I highly recommend them.

I must say I don't really write reviews, however, after seeing the job Josselyn and Claudia did when helping me with my mother's apartment I'd feel guilty not writing a review. They were Professional, Courteous, and very understanding. The apartment looked better than expected when they were done. I will be using them again and I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Jocelyn is very courteous and pleasant to work. She is very prompt with her time as she shows up on schedule (or earlier) and gets the job done in a timely manner for the day. She has also been very considerate with the other workers in our home as to not get in their way. She does a good job and we are happy with their service.

Recently, I requested Jocelyn's cleaning service for my mom's apartment. Jocelyn and her assistant provided a great cleaning service and good experience for my mom and dad who have never had someone to come in to clean their home. We sought out Jocelyn after reading the raving reviews on care.com. I had called in advance letting them know the situation of the house and the condition which was in dire need of a deep clean. Upon arriving, she quoted us a higher price which we totally understood given the circumstance. What we were THOROUGHLY disappointed with was the fact that she went to my mother in law to ask for cleaning supplies. She first asked for rolls of paper towel, and then another, and then came down a third time asking for a mop. A little bit into the cleaning, she texted us saying that she couldn't do the work and left. We would've appreciated it if she said this prior to starting, and after asking my mother in law for additional supplies which we expected her to have brought.

Jocelyn and her assistant did a FANTASTIC job for me. As I am my husband's caregiver, it does not leave me time to clean my house like I want to. They arrived shortly before the scheduled cleaning time, got right to work and we very pleasant and personable. They even gave me suggestions on how they would clean my kitchen floor better. I really appreciated that. I have hired them for ongoing cleaning service. If you are looking for a good cleaning service, Hire BSB!!! You will be very pleased with them!
