Brown's Little Bear Care

My name is Eugenia Brown and I'm a caregiver and preschool teacher. I have many years of experience working with infants through 5 years and older children. I run a small in-home daycare. I have my CDA (Child Development Associate) working with preschoolers.

Your child will be around other children and still receive one on one attention. I use curriculum from Sonlight, Math U See, DK workbooks and Montessori for home schooling, and supplement with arts and crafts. Daily activities include:
Sensory Activities (art and science experiences)
Language Activities (books, songs, pretend play, etc.)
Gross Motor Activities (large muscle experiences)
Fine Motor Activities (small muscle experiences)
Outdoor play ( weather permitting)
I strongly believe children learn better with hands-on activities; I also adjust activities to go with each child's developmental level. I love teaching children and doing crafts with them. There is no greater blessing than children and I am proud and thankful for the opportunity to teach them and care for them.

I provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks. I use organic 2% milk, whole milk or water. All meals are home cooked and are natural or organic.

A little about me, I was born and raised in eastern Europe. I speak 5 languages (Russian, Romanian, Moldavian, Bulgarian, and English). I am married and have two children and two dogs. My son loves playing football and lacrosse. My daughter loves playing lacrosse. My favorite thing to do is watching my kids games and spending time outdoors with my family.
