First I conduct a half-hour complimentary assessment of your project. In this way I can see and WE can agree on just what needs to be done. Next I submit a hand written estimate of the number of hours it will likely take, the steps, and the projected outcome.

I give every client a 30 to 60 - day follow-up. If I see them reverting to old (ways), I work with them to before it gets out of hand.
