We service Boone, Campbell and Kenton County. We offer specialized training in Alzheimer's and Dementia to our Home Health Aides and Companions. We are a non-skilled provider however, we uphold the highest standards, we have an RN that will do the initial home visit, do a safety assessment of your home and will develop an individualized care plan for your loved one and will continue to do follow up visits every 60 days to adjust care plans if needed or to document the change if any that has occurred in the past 60 days.
