BrightStar Care of LaGrange provides a full spectrum of home health care services to patients in western Cook County, ranging from companion care, to personal care to skilled care. Our nurses and caregivers undergo a thorough screening process including background checks, drug screens and credential verification and a competency examination. We take extra care to find the best caregiver and nurse for the assignment. We are available on 24/7 basis, and proudly display the Gold Standard for Excellence as certifiedby the Joint Commission on Accreditation. Contact us for a complimentary consultation where our RN Director of Nursing will work with you to develop a Plan of Care to fit your needs and schedule. Each plan of care is customized to the patient, and overseen by an RN. Our oversight includes touchpoints to ensure that we stay current in any changes in the patients health or condition, and the Plan of Care is updated accordingly. We also feel that these touchpoints are key in maintaining communication with the family, so that all partners in the care team are kept up to date.
