Bright Starts Day School

Bright Starts Day School is.

A child care center owned and operated by wife and husband, Jessica and Dustin. The facility is licensed by the State of Missouri to care for 48 children from birth to the age of 12-years-old. The facility is operated in a commercial building in the Linn Creek Industrial Park and offers 3,000 square feet of space for the children to learn and play in. Our facility has two outdoor play areas, one for the infants and younger children and one for the older children.

Our program offers full-time and part-time care. We also have a before/after school program for school-aged children. We have reasonable rates and accept State Assistance.

The center offers a safe, clean and caring environment for your children to play and learn. You can rest your mind knowing they will be learning while playing. We have tailored the Gee Whiz Education Program to meet the needs of all of the children in our facility. The Gee Whiz Education Program is created specifically for family home daycares which allows providers to reach all aspects of learning while meeting the different developmental stages of each child. We have taken activities and themes from this program and tailored it to the needs of our caregivers and children. We also offer tutoring for the after-school children.

The children receive breakfast and lunch, as well as an afternoon snack. Our facility participates in the food program and is required to serve healthy foods and correct portion sizes. We provide food for all age groups including infants.

Bright Starts Day School opened its doors in July of 2013 as a family home daycare in Jessica and Dustin's home. We grew steadily and are now ready to expand to our new location.

Starting on April 7th, we started offering extended hours from 6 am - 9 pm. We offer supper and evening snack with these hours. Rates are charged by the hour.
