Bright Beginnings

Bright Beginnings is an independently-owned in-home facility that specializes in the care of children between the ages of 6 weeks through 5 years. We are open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. We are a Christian-based facility with a preschool curriculum that also introduces Biblical teachings. The children, while at Bright Beginnings, will participate in an array of activities throughout their day. We have a tentative preschool schedule that we try to follow so as to give the children structure. They will enjoy circle time, music, art, language, math, reading and, of course, play. We do have nap time incorporated into the schedule as well. We know not all children are nappers and we do not force them to become nappers when they're here. If they choose to remain awake, we encourage quiet time and allow them to rest on their cots while they read or color. Your children will also receive breakfast, lunch and two healthy snacks while in our care. We send home weekly menus making you aware of what your child will be consuming throughout the day. If your child doesn't like what is on the menu, you can provide a packed lunch which will be given to your little one at lunchtime. Our goal at Bright Beginnings is to provide a safe, healthy and loving environment for your little ones. We know - because we are moms as well - how worrisome it is trying to find a caregiver for your child. We want every parent to feel at ease while their child is with us. We want them to know that their child is being held and comforted if upset; being watched as they rest; being taught with patience and understanding. Our doors are open to those needing high-quality childcare.
