Bright Beginnings Preschool And Daycare

I am currently enrolling for the new year! I accept most ages depending on availability. I have several years of experience working with babies and young children. I have even worked for the Easter Seals Blake Foundation as a Family Educator. I love children and have four of my own, 3 of which are in school during the day. I have a smoke free home. I will keep my numbers small. I will not have more than 5 children under 5 years old at anytime. I do daily preschool (fun educational activities), story, singing, dancing, outdoor play, painting, drawing, crafts, free time (TV time is very limited), outdoor activities, and a daily report for you as a parent to keep. Bi-weekly we will do a baking or cooking class and occasional outings or field trips.
I will provide the best individual attention for the children! I will treat them just like my own children. I will provide a home away from home for your little darling. I will do my best to not only love and nurture your little one, but offer a secure environment in which he or she will also prepare for school when that time comes. I know how important it is for your child to have age appropriate toys and activities. I work hard on the different types of learning and sensory development for your child as well. Some of these categories include: Fine motor, motor skills, intellectual, pretend play, communication, social, and discovery skills. I am taking reservations now for the summer. I would be more than happy to make an appointment and meet you and your special one.
I offer a preschool program as well from Monday - Friday. I teach with a mix of traditional curriculum and Montessori techniques. We will do phonics, letter recognition, math numbers and sorting, addition and subtraction. We will also do days of the week, months of the year, science planting and gardening, and some fun baking and cooking. I do the majority of my teaching the Montessori style with hands on activities.
