We are a smaller business and prefer to keep it that way, we want to know all of our clients andcaregivers and believe this helps us better serve you. Our management team has worked with the older community for years and in many different types of healthcare settings. Our experience has taught us that we want to do things a different way or really more a better way. We will not settle for anything less than quality care and commitment to you. We have extra staff to help cover if there are call ins, we are licensed and insured, we take care of all taxes and background checks, our staff has ongoing training while employed by us. Our Care Staff: Our caregivers are employees of Bridgeway, they are not subcontracted, this way we are able to match specific caregivers with clients. This allows us to keep consistency and your routine the same. Our staff includes care managers, certified nursing assistants, experienced caregivers, companions and housekeepers. All of our care staff receives ongoing training, they are also carefully instructed on the specific care of clients they will visit. We believe in a happy workplace, keeping our caregivers happy is shown through the continuity of care we have for our clients.
