We have a family like atmosphere that is completely non intimidating where everyone is welcomed! We keep a strong connection in and MOST importantly out of the gym to ensure optimum results. It's a "TEAM" effort and we are there for you 24/7. Training includes Gym Membership 7 days a week, 1 Krav M. class per week if wanted for mental strength and our Eat 4 Life realistic program with meal planning and coaching.
