Had Emmanule and Jeanette of Bravo clean our carpets in October. They were very careful about protecting our wood floors and corners . Carpet looked great after and dried faster than any other time we have had cleaned. Very happy with them and will use them again.

This summer I had a local franchise company "clean" my carpet. The carpet was suppose to dry in several hours but instead took several days. In addition, there seemed to be a sticky residue, there was no feel of renewal and lift to the fibers, and there was also a musty smell in my basement. I was concerned about possible mildew or mold developing.
Emmanuel examined the carpet and thought there was buildup of carpet cleaner which had not been properly extracted by the other company. I hired Emmanuel to reclean the carpet and the results were great! The carpet has more bounce now and no longer has the sticky feel or the musty smell! I will definitely use Bravo again!

Hello,
I have used Bravo twice now for rental houses in Mount Vernon, WA. The carpet in both houses was 10+ plus years old and I thought we would have to replace it before we could show the houses. I didn't not think any carpet cleaning service could remove the stains and dirt and I have 20+ years experience managing rental houses but I thought I would give Bravo a shot. In both case the Bravo crew pulled off a miracle. The dirt and stains were gone for good and the carpet looks great and the houses rented within days. I am scheduling them for a third house right now.
I also had them clean a very dirty house and they knocked it out in one day, the house looked great and the price was fair.
