Mother enter Brandywine, initially for rehabilitation. She was impressed with the quality of care and how well she was treated by everyone. The entire famiy has been impressed with the care and services. I initially evaluated this facility for my mother based on a 44 year career in nursing. I have not been disappointed in any area of the care or attention. Staff respond quickly to requests and respond very compassionately. Everyone --from nursing through the administrative staff-- helped Mother make the transition from rehab to assisted living seamless and less traumatic. The facility is beautiful and well maintained; the maintenance staff respond to request promptly and courteously. Mother, a vibrant 92 year old, loves her new home and this has made for a very happy family.

My dear friend lives at Brandywine Senior Living in Moorestown. She stays in the "Reflections" area which is for dementia patients. Although this building has a beautiful fa ade that's all it is. The cost to stay at any Brandywine facility is astronomical!!! The care there is very limited. There are not enough aids for the amount of patients and the care that is needed. The individual patient bathrooms are filthy and not cleaned daily. Patient's clothing is to be washed separately; however constantly other patient's clothing is in my friend's drawers and closet. My friend's clothing even though clearly marked is disappearing. Other belongings are disappearing also. The aids don't toilet the patients frequently enough maybe that's because there's not enough of them. Coming in and finding my friend wet and having to change her myself because an aid can't be found is ridiculous. She's never had a urinary infection until living in this facility and she has had more than one. I would not recommend this facility until new management is put in place. If I could give no stars I would.
