Horrible customer service and way too expensive. I had called for 5 hours and emailed too and there was no response. When I finally just got another company I called them back on the answering machine of course and told them I wanted my key back since I will no longer be needing their services and an irate woman called me back and told me how much more important her kids going to the doctor than getting back to me. I feel like geez I cannot trust you as a person with just normal consideration how could I possibly trust you with my animals who cannot complain to me and tell me how she really treated them. If you love your pets like I do you need to look elsewhere.
