We are a 10 bed behavioral residential home in Chandler, AZ. Are current residents are male and female SMI clients age 40 and up. Looking for quality caregiver/BHT, we will be offering personal care as well so we are looking for staff with a caregiver certificate. We will be hiring for all shifts so feel free to apply. Looking for great team players who really love making a difference in others lives and going the extra mile. Looking for someone that can create relationships with clients, will be involved with helping residents make and reach goals, providing transportation to appointments and activities. Looking for someone very proficient in med orders, MARS, scheduling appointments, compliance with State regulations, very organized person, would be in charge of meal planning/shopping, activates, and taking residents on outings. Requirements:
-minimum 1 year experience in behavioral health
-caregiver certificate
-drivers license and clean driving record
-current TB test
-CPR/first aid
-valid fingerprint card or provide a background check
