Blossom Hill recruits dedicated caregiver after back ground, reference checks, TB negative and medical fitness signed by Physician. All new and rehired receive paid hands on job training on policy procedures and ADL activities including medication pass.
We are a small group home licensed for 6 bed (small group home). Traditionally we have all ladies over 90 years old with some dementia, one-two person assist in all ADL care activities
Our facility is small but beautiful, high end quality delivery. We help our residents in restoring balance through in house light exercises, keep house tidy, peaceful with personalized personal tender care with dignity and respect.
We have in house visits of PCP, Hospice, Home Care, Footcare, hair cutting/beautician services.
Our facility is open for family visitors to enjoy quality time with their loved once at patio, gazebo, pistorius lush green backyard.
