As a mother, I am aware of the importance of helping children learn values and develop social-emotional intelligence, in addition to teaching children to perform daily activities (dressing, eating, washing their teeth, etc.). It is also very important to prepare our children to be successful in a family and social environment by developing a good conscience, based on values such as respect for themselves and for others, responsibility, gratitude, generosity, forgiveness and compassion, humility. The experiences from our childhood, have a strong influence on our lives as adults. In my opinion having a positive experience at an early age in a childcare program is just as important as a young person attending a good university.
