About
I provide a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow in. Your kids will spend the day laughing, dancing, singing, reaching developmental milestones, playing, creating, eating and napping. They will learn to be friends, to share, manners, sign language for better communication before speech, and overall; the most important thing, they will learn how to become good friendly people in an environment created especially for them and all their needs!
Over 2 years they will learn ABC's 1,2,3's nursery rhymes and happy birthday songs! Arts and crafts, sensory games and puzzles, coloring and drawing as well as helping clean up and set up for playtime and eating. We help potty train and teach the children how to wash their hands and keep their environment clean and tidy.
We communicate with the children in a way that explains reasons behind "Why" we are doing what we do, to help them better understand the ways of the world and the reasons things are done. This helps them with their vocabulary as well as acceptance of a situation and understanding of the "Rules of Society". Communication and respect is important even in the infant years as their brains develop and gain more understanding and perspective to adapt to the world they are learning.
My home is child friendly with large play areas inside and out. Many activities will keep your little one busy all day long. Healthy and nutritious breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided.
On nice days we often take trips to the park, which is nearby, in our 6 passenger buggy! the kids are able to get out play on the slides, swings, and play gym. Enjoying time outside the daycare environment which is great for visual sense and exploration!
