I am a NJ licensed and insured bodyworker who focuses on disabled and geriatric individuals stay independent through exercise and massage therapies. After an injury, therapy is usually prescribed. Sometimes after therapy is completed, individuals are expected to continue exercises at home and are unable to complete these tasks due to lack of motivation or pain. I am an ally in completing these tasks. I will make sure that you get out of the chair and are enjoying the time spent staying mobile. Maintaining independence is a priority and I am here to help you do that.
I offer structured exercises that focus on balance and correct body mechanics to prevent further injury. Massage therapy is also offered as stress and pain management. I am a massage therapist with 11 years experience, a background in EMS, as well as 2 years experience in geriatric exercise.
