Blinkin And Nod Family Daycare

Blinkin and Nod is a licensed childcare home, and meets our states highest health and safety standards for child care. I am currently enrolling children age 2-4 years old. Hours are 7am-5:00PM Monday-Friday. Openings are for full or part time. Drop in care are provided on a case by case basis.

I use a preschool curriculum, approved for ages 2-4, 3 days a week to provide planned learning activities which will prepare your child succeed in school.

Parents can rest assured that their child's time in daycare goes above and beyond just babysitting alone! We have outdoor play, craft/art time, reading, and free play daily, in addition to our "school time".

For the comfort and safety of all our children, developmentally appropriate educational toys are available for all age groups. Toys are rotated monthly to provide adequate variety, and prevent boredom.

Healthy, balanced meals are served daily. Your children will be served home made meals and snacks, made with quality, wholesome ingredients that meet the federal standards for child nutrition. For infants breast feeding is supported, and on demand feeding is always practiced.

All parents receive daily verbal reports, with parents of infants receiving written reports on sleep, eating, mood, and needed supplies.


Provider and staff have been background checked by the NYS Child Care council to ensure your child's safety.
This program participates in the Federal Child and Adult Food Program, and meets all federal standards for providing superior nutrition.
Provider and staff are CPR Certified, First Aid (All Ages), and provider is certified to administer emergency medications (epi-pens, inhalers)
