The children will be on a schedule with structured activities daily, focusing on a monthly theme. It will be mirrored with a preschool program and age specific activities for each child. Early childhood development is very important to me and every child deserves that instruction early on. The children will be in a nice, clean home environment with a low number of other children. We will also do arts, crafts, music, dance and many other fun activities daily. My goal is to have a nice, warm environment that is also very nurturing and educational for the kids. I want you to feel comfort in leaving your child.
For ages 12-24 months we will work on dramatic play, sensory/art, curiosity, construction, literacy, music, problem solving, concept formation and self-help skills. For 2-3-year-olds we will work on creative movement, art, story time/language development, music, numbers play, colors/shapes/sizes, some Spanish, and dramatic play. Studies show that the most important years of a child's brain development are from infancy to the age of 5.
