Blair's Housekeeping & Services offers a variety of cleaning methods and rates that'll benefit you. Our basic cleaning ranges from $50-$75 depending on the size of the house or business the prices will increase. This cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bathrooms, mirrors, and a wipe down. Our next cleaning is a deep cleaning which ranges from $80-$120 and includes the basic cleaning plus washing baseboards, cleaning vents, dusting, and oven or refrigerator cleaning. Our last service is our Move-out or Move-in cleaning which is a flat rate of $200 (may increase depending on the size of the building) and includes both the basic and deep cleaning plus cleaning carpets and clearing out furniture. We also offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly rates (rates available upon request). There are only 2 employees at the moment and we typically spend no more than an hour at a location. We accept only checks and cash payments with that being said contact us now for your free consultation and let us be your personal cleaning service for your house or business.
