I asked for my Yorkie to be groomed. She came back in looking the same as when she left. Because all the dogs were running around when she brought them back in, I didn't realize until later. I didn't want to go back and asked her for a partial refund (I didn't even ask for a total refund which I should have because I knew I was going to have to pay someone else to do it) but she refused. I even sent her a picture showing over 2 1/2 inches of hair I had cut off and there was still at least another inch on my dog. She said she would give me a discount next time. If she did poorly the first time, why would I use her again?
