I am a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, I hold my certification through Doulas International. I provide non judgmental support to new mothers. My services include: Breast feeding support and instruction, family adjustment, household organization, light meal preparation, washing clothes, and running errands.
My goal is to help the new mom to have time to rest and bond with her new infant. I give instruction on newborn care, coping and soothing techniques.
I provide quality referrals to professionals in their community as well as infant product information.
Overnight care is also available.
