Daily Money Management

- Payment of monthly household bills in a timely manner by preparation of checks
for signature or online payment
- Review of bills for discrepancies and assist with resolution if needed
- Prepare and make deposits
- Reconcile monthly bank statements and update check register or download from
bank into Quickbooks Online (would require a nominal monthly fee to QBO)
- Review bank statement(s) for discrepancies and assist with resolution if needed

Insurance Claims

- Review medical bills
- Assist with filing medical claims
- Follow-up with insurance companies regarding claims until they are paid

Basic Organization

- Prepare files containing: Wills, Trust documents, Life Insurance policies, durable
Power of Attorney, Bank Accounts and Investment Accounts, Safe Deposit Box
with location and names of individuals and/or businesses to be notified of funeral
details and arrangements
- Assist with sorting mail
- Organize and/or establish files
- Organize and gather tax documents for CPA at year-end
