Welcome to the Bierbaum FDCH where children are the priority and love comes naturally. I am committed to serving parents and their children by providing a safe Christian environment. Children need a nurturing environment which allows them to develop healthy life skills. It is my desire to provide your child, or children, with a loving and stimulating environment that promotes self-esteem, develops self-help skills, and encourages individuality. Children are individuals, and because they are unique, the rate at which they develop and learn varies. Each child is individually encouraged to reach milestones appropriate for their rate of growth. The Bierbaum FDCH provides an atmosphere that is safe and developmentally appropriate for children while teaching skills needed for the next educational and social stages of their lives. The interaction between children in a home childcare environment allows them to learn to interact with others appropriately, while giving them a more personalized care environment. This type of environment allows parents to be more involved and assures them they will be speaking with the child's only and primary care provider.
