5 stars all the way! We will never use another pet-care service.
We found their company online and emailed just days before our trip. Kristy, (owner/operator), was wonderfully responsive and helpful in setting up our pet sitting experience. We traveled for 10 days and never once worried about our 2 (fur babies) cats, Jack and Sally.
Joleen, who cared for them daily, sent regular texts with photos and updates. She was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our cats' comfort, (and ours!). She was funny and quick to respond, just like a close family member! We knew Joleen took great care of them when we returned to find them, (and our home!) just as content as we had left them. My husband and I were extremely impressed with Beyond Barks.

This is a great service - very customer-oriented and friendly. It is locally owned and operated. they have a variety of different options for pet sitting and will customize to suit your needs. We have used the service twice and are very pleased. We will continue to use the service in the future.
