I'm hopeful that the salon in the back will be great but the service in front is some of the worst I've seen and I think it may actually be "Bev" herself. She's rude over the phone and rude in person and has no bedside manner whatsoever. I adopted a senior llaso apso and took her there because she knows the salon and has been going there her whole life but when I got there and said hello I was greeted with a deadpan nothing look and pure disdain. When I asked if I could leave my new senior soggie's blankie the woman said "why, we don't need it" and I said "you may not but my dog likes it" and she said "no, she has a towel in the crate"
I left feeling awful, I seriously would never go back if my new senior pup wasn't already comfortable there. Oh and the woman who came in behind me looked like she'd stepped straight off of Park Avenue and Beverly was sure super smiley and full of customer service then.
